Logan's I Spy Quilt

I finished Logan's interactive I Spy quilt yesterday....it just needs a label on the back.  The label will not be done before Christmas as I have too many other things to finish up, BUT,  at least the quilt can now go under the tree.  Thank you Lord!!

Here are a few shots of the quilt, hope he likes it!:

And of course the back just HAD to have a rich, soft, wonderful, black minkie.

Moving on......

Miss Natalie's and Mr James's Stockings

Two more down!!!

My daughter-in-law asked if I would update my son's stocking that I had made for him years ago.  On the toe of the stocking I decided to embroider the name,  'DUDE'.  I can't tell you how many years I heard my children call their big brother,  'DUUUUDE'.  For awhile I thought his true name was forever lost to that nickname.  Here's the stocking and here's my super hero son.  Love that boy!

And now for my little granddaughter Natalie, the happiest girl on the planet!

I think I'm getting closer....haha

Christmas Stockings

It's that time of year again when I am busy making Christmas stockings for members of my family.  With four new babies, my nephew's new little one and an update required on an old one from my daughter-in-law my sewing machine is humming...or should I say working!!  I thought that I would at least share one completed stocking along with a sneak peek of another one.

Don't forget to click on image for a closer view!

Guess what movie my kids have tickets for already?  How could I not make a Star Wars Christmas stocking??
